My husband made this island and what a work area gives me lots of room to work in the kitchen The French door to the left is our panty hold lots !!!!! I use this for all my dry goods and can foods
The door to the left takes you out to the garage and the door to the right takes you out to a screened in area to sit in
double sink with plenty of cupboard and counter space
All appliances are new fringe stove dishwasher and Microwave two years old
The appliances can go with the house this can be worked out if interested
two eating areas ,table or the Island for quick easy meal

This is the stairs going down to the recroom notice the garden doors. These doors lead out to the in ground pool that is only 1 year old
This is my commuter room but can be made into a nice sitting area or Formal dining area
This is the room next to the kitchen I use this as a commuter room
This is the front door with a closet for coats and storage
